It can handle spreading bulk sand, salt, or 50/50 salt/sand mixes and fits 96in. wide dump bodies. The spreader is built to last with corrosion resistant 304 stainless steel. It features an anti-flow plate and a hydraulic safety lockout. Its 6in. auger with 3/8in. flighting provides steady material flow. An auger screen is included to help break up clumps and prevent jams, and a three-point hinged bottom cover allows easy access to the entire auger assembly and hassle-free cleaning. Spread material up to 40ft. with the 18in. poly spinner (available with standard, center, or driver side discharges). The spreader is also available in direct drive or 5:1 gearbox configurations. Both systems feature sealed, self-aligning 1-1/4in. diameter bearings with grease fittings and low-speed, high-torque orbital motors.
