Senior Customer Experience Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring daily billing report
  • Coordinating e-faktur pajak with respective tax team
  • Collecting/Printing/Sorting/Matching up required document for invoice document bundling
  • Coordinating Invoice and other required docs with bank partners for export services
  • Digital Invoice submission to customer portal
