Senior Customer Experience Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring daily billing report
- Coordinating e-faktur pajak with respective tax team
- Collecting/Printing/Sorting/Matching up required document for invoice document bundling
- Coordinating Invoice and other required docs with bank partners for export services
- Digital Invoice submission to customer portal
